About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing team of six Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and serve as a player-coach-supporting your team’s performance while also collaborating with senior leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily team operations. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and who is passionate about developing early-career sales talent. Key Responsibilities ●       Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of six SDRs, providing ongoing feedback and structured development plans. ●       Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement. ●       Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows that maximize appointment setting and pipeline contribution. ●       Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure SDRs are equipped to succeed. ●       Reporting & Insights: Maintain clear reporting on team activities and outcomes. Use data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. ●       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment across the funnel. ●       Executive Communication: Regularly engage with senior leadership to share results, insights, and strategic recommendations.   Requirement ●       Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development, including at least 2 years in a people management role. Experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams preferred. ●       Coaching Ability: Demonstrated success developing junior team members into high performers. ●       Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate up, down, and across the organization. Strong executive presence. ●       Metrics-Driven: Deep understanding of pipeline generation KPIs and sales metrics. ●       Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly). ●       Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. ●       Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin Other Experience Preferred ●       Experience in B2B Service, SaaS or technology sales ●       Prior success in quota-carrying sales roles ●       Familiarity with SPICED, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies

【PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Leading high-priority new business development plans in the related field Automation, AIoT, Semiconductor. • Responsible for developing goals for the engineering team and overall business growth, and ensuring the successful achievement of these goals. • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 【SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Lead the planning and implementation of projects • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Develop full scale project plans. • Assemble and coordinate project staff. • Manage project resource allocation. • Plan and schedule project timelines. • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to lab management team. • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve targeted project outcome. • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. • Developing quotes and proposals for clients. [REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCES] • Successful track record in business development preferably within global inspection and testing industry • Proven experience in sales, marketing and key account management • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior, and also have experience in Industry (e.g. Automation, Semiconductor,…) or in TIC related services. • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills; performance driven • Ability to work independently and to coordinate several complex activities simultaneously • Work well under pressure. • Apply judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.

1) Actively prospect for new business that meets the current strategic focus. 2) Responsible for generating new business & expansion of the customer base through direct customer visits in worldwide 3) Identifies market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow ONENESS market share in the Pharma Markets. 4) Makes presentations and implements development projects at US/EU customers, sets in place the required project plans, executes the plan and closes new business. Should have good negotiation skills. 5) Provides timely customer support and defines and interfaces with internal resources, when necessary. 6) Works with market access, marketing, sales and product development to develop strategies that ensures ONENESS position as a multi products / solutions provider for customers new product introductions. 7) Works with global support teams throughout the development process and render technical support to customers wherever needed. 8) Continuously strive to create right balance, and co-working culture within the team to ensure smooth working and timely delivery of projects. 9) Management of due diligence related logistics for out-licensing opportunities including handling of electronic data, acquisition and distribution of key materials to diligence teams, tracking of diligence progress, etc. 10) Other duties may include helping to develop and review term sheets and legal documentation for transactions, cross-functional communication with R&D and finance team.
