9. Participation in new product trial production review meetings for SMT/DIP.
10. Leading the evaluation of SMT/DIP line equipment and software.
11. Management of SMT/DIP line personnel and implementation of training.
12. Review of issues encountered during trial production on the SMT/DIP production lines.
13. Acting as the Assistant Manager, participating in external meetings and cross-departmental coordination.
