Overview: Eaton is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to serve as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Commercial Organization across Taiwan, Philippines, /Vietnam/or other countries. This role is pivotal in enabling business growth through effective HR strategies, talent development, and organizational alignment. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive performance, engagement, and compliance across diverse markets.
