• Weekly management of the Customer backorder report with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours for a complete review.
• Work and assist the Sales team in managing their Customer pre & post shipment.
• Support and drive the requirements generated by Customer Bond Constraint Report related to fulfillment of bonded parts in their BIM program.(If applicable)
• Escalate all their issues or challenges in fulfilling their assigned task to their CSS management in the most appropriate timeline to seek guidance on resolution.
• Manage customer’s portal update and customized report if required.
• Update customer production change requirement within Future System to optimize inventory planning.
• Elevate any potential delivery shortfall to respective sales personnel for awareness and communication.

As an executive assistant, you need to play as a key coordinator to not only sync the engineering department status with different departments but also negotiate for confirming critical tech features landing. You should also be sensitive about collaboration stuck issue and work with upper managers to overcome the issues. Moreover, you are required to negotiate with different departments or external vendors to make sure Engineering department can provide the completed services to contribute company’s objectives. In other words, we prefer a good communication talent to join us.
Tasks
- Engineering Head Schedule Arrangement.
- Engineering Performance review schedule coordination with HR BP.
- Engineering all hands meeting supporting.
- Stakeholders negotiation to make sure the developed features or services can fulfill their needs.
- Collect the feedbacks about engineering from stakeholders and be the main owner to support the improvement plan if need.
- External vendors negotiation for features development cooperation.
- Main contact of Engineering PR opportunities.
Requirements
Must be
- Be familiar with Japanese language.
- 3 years experience of Executive Assistant at least.
- Has working experience of IT related industry.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Has experience to solve critical and complex problems.
Nice to have
- Be familiar with English.

Job Summary
The Ethics Specialist is responsible for educating, investigating, and enforcing the Brand Partner agreement and the corporate compliance terms and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
• Complete investigations by looking into possible violations of the terms and policies.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to complete investigations when policy violations are proven.
• Recommend corrective actions to the manager for policy violations.
• Educate employees and Brand Partner on the USANA Brand Partner terms and policies.
• Provide correspondence on issues related to compliance matters in a timely manner.
• Audit retail sales verification for compliance and ensure all Brand Partner conduct their business in a legal and ethical manner and adhering to terms and policies.
• Process all requests for person-to-person transfer of Brand Partnerships in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Process requests for moving, re-entries and placement changes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Liaise with government agencies and internal USANA Legal department on compliance and regulatory requirements and documents.
• Prepare, file and maintain all records and documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additional
• Attend internal and external trainings as required on various topics relevant to personal development and the Company's goals.
• Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/Brand Partner events.
• Maintain consistent, effective and respectful communications and establish an efficient channel of communications with Corporate, managers, colleagues, and Brand Partner.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
• University graduate.
• A minimum of 3 years' previous experience in Compliance and/or Customer Service, with previous experience in the Direct Selling industry is favorable.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Good problem solving, questioning and investigative skills.
• Must possess a high degree of ethics and integrity, and be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously and within strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Must have working experience in preparing, filing and organizing files and documents for government compliance requirements.
