Job Responsibility
• Responsible for developing and implementing joint business plan with key
customers
• Foster solid and strong relationships with customer’s partners and work with
customers to deploy and execute trade activities, increasing market share
• Ensure BTL activity execution and tie with Marketing investment to amplify
brand equity growth
• Build 18 months rolling forecast by creating business plans, predicting future
performance, and analyzing data
• Implement trade activation against specific areas of the customer P&L that lead
to improved and measurable customer profitability
• Support the National Manager on key projects as required.

Responsibilities for Digital Marketing
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
• Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
• Prepare emails to send out to customers
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
• Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Qualifications for Digital Marketing
• 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
• Capable of management and coordination for multiple projects at the same time
• Attention to detail
• Full understanding of all social media platforms
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
【JOB DESCRIPTION】
1. On-boarding
(1) Assist customers to successfully employ EC platform to run their business.
(2) Run contract process with customers.
2. Customer success
(1) Receive requests from existing customers regarding EC platform
(2) Evaluate importance of each request and communicate to the supervisor
(3) Feedback to user evaluation results of requests / Receive feedback from user in case the request has been implement.
(4) Promote new developed features to existing customers in order to help them to increase GMV
(5) Give advices to existing customers in order to help them to increase GMV
3. Retention
(1) Retain the existing customers to continually employ CYBERBIZ's EC platform.
(2) Run contract process for subscription retention.
4. Other
(1) Support other operations according to supervisor's request."
