★|About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Operations.Specialist/Manager to lead our e-commerce operations in the home furnishings space.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon and Shopify channels (and potentially other channels), ensuring smooth operations from product setup through post-purchase experience.
You will work cross-functionally to scale the business, manage complexity in SKUs and customization, and deliver a seamless customer journey.
★|Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and Shopify stores, including product listing, inventory sync, order fulfillment, and customer support
• Optimize product listings, ensuring clear descriptions, accurate customization options. Work with Ads and marketing team on high-quality visuals, and effective SEO
• Oversee product configuration complexity (e.g., size, color, mount types,motorization) and ensure accurate data flows across systems
• Manage inventory visibility across warehouses, FBA, and drop-ship partners to reduce lead times and improve delivery accuracy
• Monitor account health and performance on Amazon, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of issues (e.g., listing suppression, policy flags)
• Work across the teams to plan and execute promotional strategies and advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Shopify sales events)
• Analyze sales data, margins, and customer feedback to improve conversion rates and reduce returns
• Collaborate with product development and manufacturing to align operations with new launches and seasonal planning
• Lead and develop SOPs for fulfillment, order routing, custom order handling, and customer service workflows
• Evaluate and implement tools or automations to streamline operations and improve efficiency
★|Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations with a focus on Amazon and Shopify
• Industry experience in home furnishings, home décor, or made-to-order products strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM), Shopify Admin, and third-party integrations
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing high-SKU catalogs with variant complexity
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors (e.g., 3PLs, listing specialists, ad agencies)
