- 學習低壓電源分配系統(LVPD) 相關知識,俱有依客戶提供之單線圖轉換為系統配置圖的能力者優先考慮
- 負責業務開發相關之產品報價、開發行程計畫、Sale Pipeline與周報表等工作
- 年薪包括70%之固定薪資與30%業績獎金;業績若超標,業績獎金無設定上限
- Responsible for sales and promotion of Rittal's enclosure systems, low-voltage power distribution systems, cooling solutions, and automated processing equipment in the domestic market, with the goal of achieving company-set sales targets.
- Must possess strong independent working capabilities, with a proactive and driven attitude. Focus on developing new potential customers and distributors, while maintaining existing client relationships and expanding market share within key accounts.
- Capable of English communications in reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
- Familiarity with industries in Southern Taiwan such as petrochemicals, steel, power systems, and automation control is highly preferred, along with established customer connections.
- Explore untapped vertical markets in the southern region, including semiconductors, machinery manufacturing, factory automation equipment, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with direct clients and distributors on project development, management, and follow-up.
- Willingness to learn about Low Voltage Power Distribution (LVPD) systems. Candidates with the ability to convert customer-provided single-line diagrams into system configuration drawings will be given priority.
- Responsible for business development tasks including product quotations, development schedules, sales pipeline tracking, and weekly reporting.
- Annual compensation includes 70% fixed salary and 30% performance-based bonus. Bonus is uncapped for overachievement.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the field sales of the entire portfolio of Cognex products. This is a sales role for a defined territory and/or set of end users, partners, and automation machine builders (OEM’s). The OEM SE will work closely with the District Sales Manager to develop account strategies and tactics. The OEM SE will be responsible for meeting or exceeding a defined quota at assigned or newly found accounts and expanding our base of business. The employee will embody the core values of Cognex including: Work Hard, Play Hard, and Move Fast. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed by the manager.
Essential Functions:
1. Properly forecast and close vision solutions opportunities with OEMs/Machine Builder, Partners and End Users to reach the quota goal
2. Utilize the Cognex sales process to effectively demonstrate products to customers and winning large strategic opportunities.
3. Follows up on sales leads and schedules customer visits, seeking out large opportunities
4. Effectively conducts customer visits in a both product & solution sales environment
5. Collaborate with counterparts from other territories on opportunities that are either integrated or installed in a different territory or where the decision makers do not reside in the Account Manager’s territory.
6. Follow up on customer inquiries, understand system requirements, and differentiate the Cognex solution.
7. Assists at trade shows and other marketing events.
8. Coordinate evaluations utilizing the Applications Engineering team.
9. Maintain and continuously update project information in Sales Book.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Proven track record of sales performance in the automation or similar industry.
2. Proven track record of operating in a solutions sales environment.
3. Understand Semi, PBCA, PCB and electronic industries well.
4. Uses defined sales process to deliver desired results on a consistent basis
5. PC literate with a working knowledge of MS Windows applications
6. Ability to travel 40% of the time is required
7. Ability to work independently is required
8. Technical selling skill is required and new accounts development ability.
Minimum education and work experience required:
1. Technical Degree or equivalent work experience
2. 6-10 years proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required
3. Experience in accounts, projects as well as salesforce management.
4. Experience in selling technical products to all levels of an organization is required
5. Experience in key accounts maintain & new accounts development
6. Experience in selling vision products is also preferred

Your Role:
• Responsible of developing and maintaining the maintenance management system on plant-wide facility.
• Lead the maintenance workforce to conduct regular inspections and assessments on equipment and execute effective maintenance to ensure equipment/facility reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively with other engineering disciplines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of equipment and facility.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in chemical manufacturing environments from mechanical perspective.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on mechanical and equipment maintenance, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the chemical industry, and at least 2 years of people management experience.
• Familiarity with equipment reliability and mechanical integrity in chemical plants.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is considered a plus for effective communication.
