Responsibilities:
• Assists in the company’s overall recruitment efforts, hiring for Salcomp's core business areas, including sales, management, engineering, project management, operations, and supply chain, with a strong focus on roles in the precision instrument manufacturing sector.
• Full-cycle recruitment activities – from understanding hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to managing selection and offer processes.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and ensure timely delivery of quality hires.
• Assess current recruitment workflows, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements.
• Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment-related projects that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in either in-house or in a staffing agency environment. A sourcing master in your ability to identify where top talent lives.
• Preferably experienced in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry, with knowledge of precision instrument manufacturing, cross-border talent mobility, and recruitment experience in South Asia, Europe, or the US preferred.
