Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns (Social media, campus events, internal communication).
• Assist in content creation: articles, posts, visuals, and videos highlighting Ecolab’s culture, people, and impact.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams on campus recruitment activities, including career fairs and info sessions.
• Support event logistics, internal communication, and promotional material preparation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on talent attraction trends and competitor employer branding practices.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed.
