5. Able to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following):
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidate fit, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture through communication initiatives and engagement programs.
- Learning & Development
Identify training needs and design learning plans that enhance both organizational and individual capabilities. Oversee onboarding, professional development, and leadership training programs.
- Performance & Talent Management
Coordinate and continuously improve the company's performance management process. Partner with management to ensure performance outcomes are linked to development and succession planning.
- Policy, Compliance & HR Projects
Ensure HR policies are compliant with Labor Standards Act and company governance. Lead or participate in HR projects related to process improvement, system implementation, or organizational development.

3. Talent Development & Succession Planning: Assist in identifying high-potential employees, coordinating development plans, and supporting succession initiatives to strengthen organizational depth.
4. Employee Engagement: Support engagement and communication initiatives that enhance team morale, collaboration, and retention.
5. Performance Management: Coordinate performance processes, including goal alignment, progress tracking, and feedback support, to drive accountability and development.
6. HR Data & Insights: Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and talent movement to generate insights that inform business and people decisions.
7. HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to organization-wide HR projects and programs focused on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
