Qualifications: ．Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields. ．Over 5 years of experience in Power MOSFET or discrete device design. ．Proficient in TCAD simulation tools such as Synopsys Sentaurus, and Silvaco.
