Position overview: - To lead the Subaru local Marketing team, bringing together strategic thinking and local nuances to deliver a bar none approach in marketing Subaru in-country. - Need to be equipped with in-depth holistic branding and marketing knowledge, i.e. to be able to identify where our brand’s position is currently and how to mitigate amongst the competitors and amplify our USP and gaining share of voice meanwhile. - Need to develop sound strategies, formulate media planning/review and oversee creative, above-the-line, below-the-line and on digital, - Need to ensure consistent outcomes to drive revenue growth, in all media.
