【Essential Duties and Responsibilities】
- Provide sophisticated time management
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance
- Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder
【Job Duties】
- Manage director's calendar
- Provide complex travel arrangements
- Work closely with the team and act as a liaison with the board of directors to arrange meetings and events as needed
- Use G-suite to produce materials, take effective notes and distribute meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages for internal and external meetings and conferences
- Expenses and taxes related reports
- Other duties as assigned
【Skills & Qualifications】
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in office applications, such as Google Workspace、Google Sheets、Google Docs and Microsoft office
