[Role Overview] As a Senior Product Data Analyst in the Risk Control Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the trading environment for our clients. Unlike dealing-focused analysts who concentrate on real-time execution, your mission is to provide data-driven insights on product design, client segmentation, and trading environment performance. You will analyze how different transaction costs, leverage settings, credit policies, and execution conditions impact client profitability, company P&L, and long-term sustainability. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Product, Risk, and Dealing teams to transform data into strategies that balance competitiveness, user experience, and risk control. [Key Responsibilities] - Evaluate the performance of trading environments (spread, commission, swap, slippage) and quantify their impact on client P&L and company revenue. - Conduct A/B testing and scenario modeling for product policy changes (e.g., leverage tiers, credit promotions, risk-free revenue adjustments). - Segment clients by behavior, experience level, or strategy type to recommend differentiated product environments that maximize retention and profitability. - Build dashboards and monitoring frameworks to track product KPIs across brands, regions, and client cohorts. - Collaborate with Dealing and Risk teams to validate that product settings (pricing, execution latency, hedging costs) align with risk appetite and revenue goals. - Perform competitor benchmarking to identify market gaps and guide pricing/feature differentiation. - Lead deep-dive investigations into underperforming products or brands (e.g., low-margin portfolios, unprofitable IB structures). - Translate analytical findings into actionable product recommendations for senior stakeholders. [Qualifications] - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or financial services with exposure to trading environments (CFDs, FX, derivatives, crypto exchange). - Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, performance tuning). - Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and model prototyping. - Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and scenario modeling. - Strong understanding of brokerage product mechanics: spreads, commission, swaps, leverage, credit/bonus, rebates, and CPA. - Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate product KPIs and client insights. - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; able to bridge technical analysis with business strategy. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive insights into strategic product outcomes. 我們正在尋找具備專案管理能力、邏輯思維清晰,並對數位產品有熱情的夥伴,加入交易平台專案團隊。 本職位將負責協調內外部資源,推動跨部門合作,實現數位金融平台的功能規劃與落地。 (一) 職務說明: -【市場調研與需求分析】:收集市場趨勢、競品功能,提出可行的產品優化建議。 -【平台功能規劃與推動】:負責交易平台功能從 0 到 1 或從 1 到 N 的規劃與推動,包括需求定義、邏輯設計、建置採購、測試驗證、上線與維運,並協助教育訓練與使用者導入。 -【專案管理與協調執行】:擔任專案負責窗口,統籌時程規劃、資源協調、進度追蹤與風險控管,並與內部單位及外部廠商密切合作,確保專案如期交付。 -【文件製作與流程管理】:撰寫並維護專案相關文件,包括需求規格書、系統流程圖、測試計畫與使用者操作說明等,確保資訊傳遞一致與可追蹤。 -【廠商管理與其他作業】:負責廠商聯繫與管理、合約審閱與修正,並處理平台作業規範修訂、例行行政事項及主管交辦任務。 (二) 加分條件: 1. 主修財稅金融、商業管理、資訊管理等相關科系者尤佳。 2. 曾任職於金融業(特別是證券業)或參與過金融數位產品專案者為佳。 3. 具備與程式開發團隊(工程師)協作、跨部門整合或外包團隊管理經驗。 4. 曾使用雲端線上協作工具(如 Figma),並有與設計團隊溝通協作經驗。 5. 有資訊系統建置經驗、了解軟體專案開發流程(如:需求分析、測試、驗收等)。 6. 履歷中檢附上專案作品集、簡報或其他成果展示。

Major Areas of Responsibility: 1. Business Engagement (Business Needs, Solution Assessment) a. Partner with business units (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.). Facilitates and leads discussions with project teams and business users to define as-is and to-be business processes, pros and cons effectively c. Act as the bridge between the technical and non-technical side, analyze business needs, bridge IT technical team to evaluation and come out feasible solution and manages the expectations e. Align with IT team on project prioritization, budget and resource allocation f. Updates business critical issue/ topics status with business unit / IT g. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices, and recommend enhancements accordingly. 2. Project Execution (PM) a. Manages business key IT projects from goal setting throughout project goes live b. Facilitates and leads user acceptance tests; conducts user training if needed c. Communicates and updates business team of project status d. Reports metrics on project execution, development quality and issue resolution SLA
