我們正在尋找一位細心且具責任感的人力資源助理,協助處理與薪資相關的行政工作。此職位將直接支援人力資源團隊,確保薪資流程準確無誤,並協助推動人員卓越(People Excellence)相關行政任務。 主要職責: 協助每月薪資處理流程,包括資料彙整與核對 進行手動薪資計算(如加班費、獎金、假期薪資等) 協助準備與維護薪資與福利相關文件 支援人員卓越計畫的行政工作,如員工資料管理、報表製作與活動協調 回應員工有關薪資與福利的基本查詢 協助內部審核與合規性文件準備 任職資格: 擁有大專以上學歷,主修人力資源、會計或相關科系者佳 具備1年以上人資或薪資行政經驗者優先 熟悉Excel與基本數據處理能力 細心、具備良好時間管理與溝通能力 能夠保密並處理敏感資訊
