As a Trusted Advisor, the TAP will gain a deep understanding of the talent requirements of the Hiring Manager's business and provide insights on relevant industry/sector and market talent trends that impact delivery. l Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. l Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions, recruitment plans, and interview guides. l Utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. l Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions. l Partner with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
