Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Taiwan labor and tax regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records and payroll data accurately in HRM systems.
• Process payroll accurately and on time in compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain employee data securely and confidentially.
• Handle employment contracts for contract placement service, including preparation, renewal, and termination.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth onboarding, payroll disbursement, and statutory contributions.
• Prepare payroll summary reports and provide analysis for both clients and internal stakeholders.
2. Client & Employee Communication
• Act as the primary contact for clients, supporting onboarding, contract management, and employee life-cycle processes.
• Communicate with clients to understand their payroll/HR needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Align client expectations with internal workflows to ensure smooth service execution.
• Advise clients on local employment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including document collection, system setup, and orientation coordination.
• Clearly explain contract terms and employment conditions to candidates and employees.
• Maintain ongoing communication with employees to address questions and ensure a positive HR service experience.
3. Other Solution Service and Process Enhancement Management
• Support HR consulting and training services, including preparing training materials, coordinating sessions, and handling client requests.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives to improve payroll processes and service efficiency.
4. Ad-hoc Tasks
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client communications.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or HR outsourcing services.
• Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and payroll practices; exposure to APAC region is a plus.
