Qualification
•At least 10 years HR professional experience including 3 years in leader experience
•Familiar with Microsoft office
•Good command of spoken and written in English
•Overseas HR experience or assuming regional / multinational / HQ HR role is a plus

Position: HR Payroll Specialist
- Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily payroll operations, focusing on Taiwan's daily worker payroll.
• Manage payroll compliance activities, including annual tax and insurance payments and filings.
• Support SOX compliance documentation for all processes.
• Partner on process improvement and project initiatives.
• Co-work with payroll vendors to ensure successful payroll operations, including monthly payroll calculation for over 500 employees.
• Fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
• Work with various departments on cross-functional priorities.
• Ensure positive employee experience for all payroll-related inquiries.
- Basic Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Taiwan's IIT policies and labor laws.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and strong internal controls.
• Unquestionable ethical standards and the ability to provide customer service across different company levels.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Experience in managing large-scale(500+ employee) payroll processes.

• Act as Talent Acquisition in Taiwan, manage end to end recruitment cycle, including understanding hiring needs, candidate screening, interview, offer management etc.
• Support HR Manager, Taiwan to formulate and implement creative sourcing channels/strategies using recruiter toolkit, job boards referral program to attract best talent in the market
• Actively manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including business stakeholders, HR counterparts and recruitment firms to ensure turnaround time and delivery of quality candidates

How you will contribute
• Monthly payroll processing and administration, including insurance, leave management, personal income tax declaration, company withholding tax and pension administration.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Taiwan’s labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll data between HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems (e.g., 104).
• Assist in preparing various HR and monthly closing reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments and brand teams to ensure HR services meet business needs.
• Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and HR Business Partners, providing timely and professional support.
• Delivers daily operations and support Brands and Corporate projects where necessary.
• Participate in HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives, including enhancements to existing tools.
Who you are
• Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Taiwan with a strong focus on payroll and operations
• Solid understanding of Taiwan labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Workday and 104 payroll system is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in retail or multinational environments is an advantage.
