We are humbled by the long-term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging Responsibilities: • Work internally with global design team and client to execute concept design, spec development, 2D and 3D, testing and validating, to volume production. • Search and study of new technology and material • wood crate / transport base / assembly fixture design. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, packaging engineering, or related fields. • Experience in the plastic design / sheet metal design / aluminum extrusion structure design / Carton box design. • Familiar with FEA(Finite Element Analysis) analysis is plus. • 1+ years experience in mechanical design with Solidworks / Siemens NX for solid model and drawing creation. • Good command of both Chinese and English.

1.代表工廠做為工廠端與客戶對應的窗口，掌握新產品試產與量產相關專案的規劃及執行進度，解決與回應客戶所需相關問題。 2. 管理新產品試量產相關生產製造流程、產能、產品品質與作業程序改善作業。 3. 客戶來訪或稽核行程安排與接待，負責整合內部資源、準備相關資料及報告。 4. 整合工廠端資源並驅動團隊達成公司及客戶的要求。 5. 參加客戶相關會議，彙整專案資訊向客戶報告。管理客訴問題與追蹤改善。 6. 帶領團隊研究新製程與流程, 導入相應設備與建置新設施 7.偶需出差台南
