Senior Product Manager

Aeolus Robotics Inc. seeks Product Managers for all stages of our product development lifecycle. We are seeking product managers with demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas: Product Discovery Phase: Discover and prioritize market and user needs, develop and manage stakeholder requirements, and define product and service requirements. We are looking for candidates with consumer electronics MRD/PRD development, and/or systems engineering requirements development and management, or related experience. Experience with human-centered design methods, including users' requirements and field observations, is highly desired. Drive Product Development: Lead product and service development across functional engineering teams to realize products and services that delight our customers and users. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience delivering complex software/hardware products and/or services. Experience with robotic systems, hardware/software systems fielded in end-user environments, or integration in extensive institutional facilities is desired. Experience in robotics, electric vehicles, or large complex systems is highly desired. Job Responsibilities: • Product Owner for Geographic regions and Product lines • Own the product or service requirements for defined product/service lines. • Collaborate with business developers, customers, project leads and technical teams to develop and manage requirements for new services, or modifications to existing products and services. Collaborate with engineers, developers and the business development team to identify and prioritize modifications to production use cases, and implement new use cases • Drive product development from requirements development and business capture to production, as a Project Manager within our Project Management Process You will be working alongside software engineers, hardware (ID, EE and ME) engineers and the business development team to design and implement a service robotic system. Excellent communication with engineers around the globe is vital in this role. Job Requirements: Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, or ME experience • 5 years' experience in a similar role • Experience with robotic products or similar complex systems with AI/Computer Vision technologies is a plus Mandatory Requirements • Experience directly interfacing with external customers • Personnel and resource management experience • Strong communication skills.
