【Job Overview】 We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and support with all Human Resources functions. HR Assistant's responsibilities include maintaining updated employee records and ensuring error free and seamless process while coordinating with concerned stakeholders. 【Key Responsibilities】 •Maintaining updated employee records related to full life cycle of HR services and ensuring error free and seamless process while coordinating with concerned stakeholders. •Enabling employee relations, promoting engagement (employer branding initiative, employee engagement event) and supporting various global HR initiatives across the organization in compliance with TCS policies and procedures. •Supporting any other duties or logistics requested by HR Manager.

【Desired Qualifications】 •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English •Good problem-solving abilities, coordinating and team management skills •BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field •Multitasking due to nature of the work, not limited to roles and responsibilities scope
