協助總部 與 海外各個地區 :
1. Leadership & soft skills 教育訓練教案與教材規劃與執行, 並擔任部份課程講師
2. 推動並落實組織價值觀與文化
3. 接班人計劃, 個人發展計劃, 績效管理制度等人才發展相關設計與落實
4. 釐清並依職能架構撰寫/ 修訂工作說明書
5. 協助招募, 與新進同仁入職輔導
6. 實習生方案規劃與輔導
7. 其他因應組織成長人資相關關鍵任務
Assist headquarters and various overseas regions with:
Planning and execution of leadership & soft skills training programs and materials, and serving as instructor for some courses
Promoting and implementing organizational values and culture
Designing and implementing talent development initiatives such as succession planning, individual development plans, and performance management systems
Clarifying roles and drafting/revising job descriptions based on competency frameworks
Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Planning and mentoring for internship programs
Other key HR tasks to support organizational growth
1. 依事務所年度策略與學習需求,設計多樣化的學程及活動
2. 擔任指定部門之學習窗口及顧問,確保年度訓練規劃有效執行
3. 運用多元數位科技,以優化課程設計及提升學習體驗
4. 協助雇主品牌活動的規劃與執行
5. 擔任內部講師、活動主持人或引導師
6. 有機會與 PwC Global Learning & Development team 合作專案導入,提升國際視野
