Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key HR advisor and partner to the Taiwan team, supporting the sustainable growth of our renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement effective HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and support HR strategies, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Partner with leaders on organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance for improvement.
• Foster positive employee relations and communication channels.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in Taiwan.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative company culture.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Taiwan labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization (reporting to Thailand and Taiwan).
• Experience in a multinational company or the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
• Nationality: Thai or Taiwanese.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:
• Assist with job postings and job descriptions writing
• Source and screen resume of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms
• Conduct phone and/or video interviews to pre-screen candidates
• Profiling candidates and presenting them to Sales Director
• Work closely with Sales Director to understand their talent needs and developing effective recruitment strategies
• Assist HR Manager to develop, plan and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Manage and maintain recruitment and administrative systems and database
• Participate in company’s branding activities and represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment
• Assisting and participating in organizing company events and staff social activities
• Upkeep of office environment, including office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery and other miscellaneous tasks

Position: HR Payroll Specialist
- Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily payroll operations, focusing on Taiwan's daily worker payroll.
• Manage payroll compliance activities, including annual tax and insurance payments and filings.
• Support SOX compliance documentation for all processes.
• Partner on process improvement and project initiatives.
• Co-work with payroll vendors to ensure successful payroll operations, including monthly payroll calculation for over 500 employees.
