Cost Management & Commercial Negotiation • Lead negotiation of pricing, tooling investments, capacity commitments, and commercial terms. • Support cost analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering initiatives to meet savings targets while ensuring product and quality integrity. • Lead contract management activities, including negotiation, execution, and ongoing compliance with commercial and legal terms. • Maintain accurate supplier data and cost information within PLM, Oracle, and sourcing systems. WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN Professional Experience • 7+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement within the bicycle industry or a related manufacturing field. • Proven experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management. • Familiarity with global sourcing, supplier dynamics in Asia, and international trade practices • Solid knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers, product cost breakdowns, and VA/VE (value analysis/value engineering) practices. • Strong understanding of the bicycle industry supply chain, including vendor dynamics, manufacturing processes, and cost structures is a plus Skills and Competencies • Strategic sourcing knowledge (e.g., category management, supplier segmentation) • Negotiation and contract management • Supplier relationship management (SRM) • Data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools) • ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) Certifications (Optional but Valuable) • CPSM – Certified Professional in Supply Management (ISM) • CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS) • CIPS – Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply • Lean/Six Sigma certification for process improvement Soft Skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, finance, and operations • Project management and strategic mindset Travel • Willingness to travel 10–20% for supplier visits, factory audits, and industry events

【此工作崗位無需每天進辦公室,僅需定期進公司匯報業務狀況,但需頻繁出差至歐洲拓展客戶達成業績 】 獵豹組:定義為業務能力與積極度如獵豹,冷靜與擁有侵略性進取心,獨立運作能掌控場面,本身戰鬥力足,有信心不畏戰。如您符合以上性格,請歡迎加入我們。 如同時擁有以下兩者經驗者佳: ** 原料經銷商拓展與管理 (營養、保健) ** Total solution ODM/ CDMO 代工業務拓展(機能性食品) 1. 定期報告銷售進度及市場佔有率。 2. 規劃國際商展,參與企劃,協調行銷活動(如:展覽、廣告、會議)。 3. 維護既有交易經銷商客戶、或開發新的客戶。 4. 有獨立業務開發與維護,並能獨自出差到客戶所在地進行推廣。 5. 針對客戶提出的合約(交易條件、生產流程、產品要求、售後服務)作初步評估,並在必要時尋求其他部門協助,以即時回應客戶需求。 6. 提供客戶新產品及市場資訊,及早送樣取得認可。 7. 定期檢視每個客戶的下單及業績狀況,製作週報表,報告最新狀況。 8. 協助客戶業績成長,維持通路價格秩序,訂定客戶業績目標,增加市場佔有率。 9. 提醒客戶應收帳款情形,定期檢視客戶現行付款期限是否合理,並隨時回報客戶帳款異常情況,以保障公司權益。 10. 即時反應客戶抱怨及協助客戶解決產品、出貨流程、退貨重工等相關的問題,並提出解決之道,以提高客戶滿意度。 11. 充當客戶與各部門間的橋樑,以達成溝通協調目的。 本職物需有相關保健品原料經銷商業務經驗,如有該市場區域銷售經驗者優先錄取。歡迎想往國際市場發展的相關人員報名。 **本公司銷售均有豐厚高於業界獎金制度(透明公開),底薪高**
