About the role...
ALP (Ally Logistic Property Co., Ltd.) has been a pioneer in delivering Smart Logistics Solutions in Taiwan, catering to an expanding portfolio of international clients. We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand opportunities within the logistics property sector, with a strong focus on clients in the technology industry—including semiconductor, electronics, and related sectors.
The Business Development Supervisor will work closely with tech-sector clients to define requirements, propose tailored solutions, and lead contract negotiations aligned with ALP's service standards. Internally, you will collaborate across departments to refine offerings, support smooth project delivery, and elevate the overall customer experience.
This position combines strategic business development with hands-on client and project management, advancing ALP's mission to deliver cutting-edge, client-centered logistics solutions.
What you will do...
1. Identify and secure leasing opportunities with high-potential tech sector clients (semiconductors, electronics, etc.) across Taiwan and regional markets.
2. Assist in developing strategies and executing recruitment plans for target industries and new business models for both domestic and overseas clients.
3. Assist in promotional events for business development, positioning ALP's logistics solutions to meet the requirements of clients.
4. Prepare essential documentation for business development processes, including client proposals, presentations, and reports, while maintaining an up-to-date database of client and leasing options.
5. Assist in data collection, conducting industry and logistics market research, and establishing target client groups to inform leasing strategies and site selection.
6. Maintain and manage a current list of leasing options and lease details for existing facilities, providing the team with available space options to support operational expansion and new client acquisition.
7. Assist in project management including CRM, legal documentation, and coordination across departments to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery to clients.
8. Assist with other department-assigned tasks as needed.

What skills are required...
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Development, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of proven experience in logistics, 3PL, or property leasing, with strong exposure to technology sector clients.
3. Experience working with international clients or in a cross-cultural business environment is highly desirable.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English; other regional languages are a plus.
