- Facilitate new joiner onboarding and company orientation to ensure smooth cultural integration.

- Participate in assigned HR development or engagement projects (e.g., Onboarding Revamp, Talent Review, MBO Development, Engagement Survey follow-up).
- Collaborate with PNC and cross-functional teams to implement and communicate project deliverables.
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and documentation to support project progress and improvement.
- Identify and recommend process enhancement opportunities related to learning and employee experience.

協助年度訓練預算規劃與費用控管。
執行新進同仁入職訓練與公司導向課程,確保順利融入組織文化。
維護並更新訓練紀錄與系統資料,確保資訊正確且完整。

參與人資發展或員工參與相關專案(例如:入職體驗優化、人才盤點、能力發展、員工意見調查後續行動等)。
與人資團隊及跨部門合作,推動並溝通專案成果。
進行資料蒐集、分析與文件整理,支援專案進度追蹤與成果檢討。
針對學習流程與員工體驗提出優化建議與改善方案。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition – Group Level (50%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for group-level positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with talent needs.
• Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote Apache Footwear Group as an employer of choice.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.
2. Executive Support to CHRO (35%)
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.
• Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
3. HR Operations – Singapore Office (15%)
• Support daily HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as required.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident(SC or PR).
