Makes plans improvements, leads and maintain Factory Building & Utilities equipment while ensuring efficiency in operations & maintenance with compliance to local laws other requirements. Provides technical supervision for the proper operation of Utilities equipment and Engineering services, according to local laws and corporate safety standards. Initiated related improvement strategies with the use of the Building Management System in our manufacturing environment to improve the factory's efficiency. Define efficient standards using the latest technology and incorporate them into projects in the area of Building & Utilities and Energy Supply in the factory. As the Facility Engineer you will: - EQUIPMENT & UTILITY MAINTENANCE - Ensures the continuity of supply of all media used in the factory (e.g., steam, heat, cooling, gas, compressed air, vacuum, water, wastewater, and rainwater). Plan, manage, maintain, and improve the factory facilities and equipment. Ensure reliable and optimum performance at minimum cost while aligning with llocal lawsand other requirements. - CapEx project planning according to company strategy - Plan factory equipment & utility maintenance project together with factory maintenance team - Developed factory equipment & utility maintenance program - Manage and supervise the maintenance work execution regularly - SUPERVISE CONTRACTORS  - Supervise contractors to ensure works are performed according to specifications and JTI standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full implementation of TPM across the plant in alignment with corporate strategy. • Continuously update and execute AM/PM preventive maintenance programs. • Establish departmental KPIs, monitor performance, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions. • Manage maintenance orders including manpower allocation, spare parts planning, production downtime coordination, and permit applications for subcontractor entry. • Develop and train maintenance technicians to meet automation equipment demands. • Plan required skills, headcount, and budget for maintenance personnel based on plant-wide equipment needs. • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures using CI, RIE, A3 tools; implement error-proofing and cost-out initiatives. • Support energy resource management and carbon reduction efforts related to water and electricity usage. • Prepare capital expenditure plans including CAR documentation, project charts, and Gantt schedules. • Serve as the MESH element owner and promote its implementation across departments. • Execute tasks assigned by supervisors with precision and accountability. Facility & ESG Management • Oversee facility systems maintenance and scheduling (water, gas, electricity, wastewater, air pollution, HVAC). • Control and plan maintenance-related costs. • Lead environmental and ESG improvement initiatives (e.g., ventilation, heat dissipation, energy saving, zero discharge). • Monitor internal systems for operational stability, including data analysis and anomaly resolution. • Develop and execute fire protection and emergency response plans; manage fire system maintenance and regulatory reporting. • Ensure wastewater and waste treatment operations comply with legal standards. • Manage security operations including monthly inspections, surveillance systems, and contract oversight. • Identify and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., Electrical Act, Energy Management Act, Building Safety Inspection, Fire Safety Law).
