■Job Summary
As the Marketing Manager, you will support the CMO in shaping the brand tone and leading the execution of national campaigns, such as branding campaigns, new product launches and promotional activities—through fully integrated 360° communication strategies (Integrated Marketing Communications, IMC). Responsibilities span from insights gathering, messaging and media planning to creative & execution oversight, campaign performance tracking, and optimization. A strategic, results-driven collaborator with strong aesthetic sensibility and deep IMC understanding is sought.
■Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand tone and core messaging strategy, ensuring consistent and strong brand voice across all campaign touchpoints (online/offline channels, advertising, social media, PR, membership communications, etc.).
- Build and execute 360° campaign communication strategies, covering creative ideation, copywriting, visual content design, media placement, social media engagement pacing, and PR/agency deliverables.
- Develop campaign narratives and messaging frameworks, anchoring campaigns into consumers’ lifestyles to elevate resonance and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with agencies partners to craft segmented communication strategies, delivering compelling and targeted messaging to each audience group.
- Establish campaign communication KPIs—such as reach, engagement, message recall, and share of voice— to achieve the business goals, and regularly monitor, analyze, and optimize messaging in real time.
- Assist CMO in reviewing all external communication materials (press releases, ad copy, social posts, etc.) to ensure tone and brand consistency.
- Maintain a sharp aesthetic and fashion-forward sensibility, ensuring all creative assets align with OWNDAYS’ brand identity and visual standards.
■Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in integrated marketing, and brand IMC management.
- Campaign Track Record: Proven end-to-end planning and execution of national-level campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions, brand image refreshment, etc.).
- Proficiency in market and consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Expertise in media buying and strategic media planning.
- Mastery in integrated campaign communication and project management (including PM workflow and budget oversight).
- Capable of defining and tracking KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Results-oriented, collaborative, and adept at cross-functional communication.
- Aesthetic Sensibility: Strong fashion and visual design sensibility with creative planning abilities.
- Language: Native Mandarin; fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is a strong plus.
