Position: Senior Manager, Payroll
What You Will Do:
1. Management of all daily payroll operational activities, with a focus on TW payroll operations.
2. Manage the Payroll compliance activities like payments and filings of Annual taxes and Insurances.
3. Maintain SOX process compliant documents of all processes with an eye for audit next year.
4. Partner with HQ Payroll on Process improvement and Project initiatives.
5. Manage external regulatory and statutory compliance - Ensure each countries’ payroll policies and guidelines are up to date across all entities.
6. Manage outsourced payroll services and own Payroll related processes by collaborating closely with the vendor.
7. Deliver internal and external reporting requirements.
8. Collaborate with various departments on cross-functional priorities.
9. Provide Delightful employee experience on all payroll related inquiries.
Basic Qualifications
1. Be familiar with TW IIT policies and labor laws.
2. Knowledge of payroll accounting and account reconciliation and related analyses and reviews of payroll actuals

Preferred Qualifications:
