Job Profile Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for executing on wing-to-wing HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more. Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute wing-to-wing HR processes across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, reporting, metrics etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & benefits process, 100% align both local and global compliance.
• Drive payroll/benefit vendor service delivery per service agreement and manage vendor performance through regular reviews and metrics.
• Support internal & external audits.
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
• Provide dedicated support and guidance to site HRs with specific focus on and partner with site HR team to communicate ongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services.
• Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job via raise out the issues at early stage.
• Proactively seek partner/customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
• Manages employee lifecycle related questions from employees, managers and HR team in a timely and professional manner.
• Broaden knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy.
• Develop strong working relationships with leaders and employees, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements and service issues.
• Review as-is process, identify & lead improvement plan by leveraging FLIGHT DECK
• Guide and mentor team members.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting human resources management at the corporate headquarters and overseas locations by establishing management systems, optimizing the employer brand, promoting domestic and international talent recruitment, and analyzing human resources data to achieve efficient human resources management and corporate development goals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Establish employer brand and recruit domestic and international talent:
1.1 Develop and implement employer brand strategies for the corporate headquarters to enhance the corporate group's image.
1.2 Plan and execute recruitment plans for the corporate headquarters in accordance with the group's strategic development goals, identify/search for/select domestic and international talent to meet business development needs.
2. Assist with global human resources projects:
2.1 Assist in organizational diagnostics, participate in or initiate human resources projects related to organizational adjustments based on organizational needs.
2.2 Human resources projects include, but are not limited to, single human resources modules such as job systems, compensation and benefits, and talent pipeline management.
3. Assist in the revision/review/supervision of human resources management systems implemented by various business units within the group:
3.1 Assist in the revision of human resources policies and processes for domestic and overseas locations.
3.2 Ensure that all policies comply with local regulations, corporate culture, and management requirements.
4. Analyze human resources data and prepare reports:
4.1 Collect and analyze human resources-related data to provide decision-making recommendations.
4.2 Prepare/Conduct HR related reports to provide human resources trend analysis.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and participate in work rotations or adjustments between human resources modules in accordance with the Group's human resources development policies.
The HR Specialist is responsible for the efficient management, operation, and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), timekeeping, and payroll functions for their assigned locations(s). This position bridges the operational and strategic aspects of HR, ensuring seamless data integrity, compliance, and payroll accuracy for all employees throughout the employment life cycle. The HR Specialist partners with HR team members, Finance, IT, and external vendors to optimize HR technology and deliver timely and precise payroll processing. This position is the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll related matters.

• Compliance & Auditing/法規遵循與稽核:監控並執行薪資相關法令的變更。準備內部與外部稽核所需文件,並確保遵循薪資、稅務與勞動法規。
• System Enhancements/系統優化:與供應商合作,進行系統升級、功能優化與新模組導入。在正式上線前進行測試與驗證,並更新相關文件。協助建立人資全球團隊的 HRIS 流程與作業規範。
• Employee Support員工支援:作為員工在 HRIS、出勤打卡、薪資與福利相關問題的第一聯絡窗口,協助解決問題並提供自助功能的操作指引。
• Vendor Management/供應商管理:與供應商合作,處理技術問題,確保服務水準協議(SLA)達成,並協調系統更新。
• Maintains training records/培訓紀錄維護:負責維護員工的培訓紀錄。
• Process Improvement/流程改善:找出簡化人資與薪資流程的機會,建立文件與培訓資源,並推動最佳實務以提升效率與合規性。

General Purpose:
- Insure payroll data accuracy and payroll jobs processed with good quality.
- Insure payroll in consistency with HR policy and follow of government regulation.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Maintain payroll data and calculation for payroll payout without delay.
- Check payroll data accuracy and communicate issues to employee, HR and JB on real time basis.
- Process ME closing, work independent including mainly payroll calculation, bank set up and labor cost allocation table for GL booking.
- Process benefits related works including but not limited to labor insurance, health insurance and pension.
- Process employee withholding tax per government regulation before deadline.
- Prepare HQ report and response to government survey.
- Prepare annual tax filling withholding tax registration.
- Support on AOP/QOP budget planning.
- Responsible for annual KPMG audit and other internal/external audit on Payroll related.
- Maintain other countries' payroll data and calculation for payroll payout without delay.
