Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and strategic workforce plans to ensure alignment with EVERPADS's strategic goals.
2. Establish a robust recruitment and employment system, including job descriptions, salary structure, recruitment and selection processes, and tools.
3. Design and implement talent development programs that align with EVERPADS's culture.
4. Create and manage performance evaluation and compensation systems, including defining salary adjustment policies, reward systems, and retirement plans.
5. Mediate labor disputes, manage termination and layoffs, and handle other special HR-related issues.
6. Develop an HR information system for regular analysis of HR management reports to guide human capital development.
7. Support EVERPADS's global strategy by travelling to overseas branches for recruitment and initial training (overseas allowances provided).
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in Human Resources Management.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
3. Proficiency in HR management systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy.
6. Willingness to travel for business needs.
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Manager and Employee Relations
