We are seeking a results-driven and analytical E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online strategy, drive sales through our e-commerce platforms, and manage all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing online revenue, optimizing customer journey, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management (approx. 50%)
• Sales Achievement: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies encompassing platform optimization, merchandising, promotions, and user experience enhancements to drive profitable sales growth. Must be capable of building and scaling operations from the ground up.
• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, SHEIN), ensuring product accuracy, inventory synchronization, site speed, and functionality.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze site performance data (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, AOV, etc.) and implement A/B tests and site improvements to enhance the shopping experience and maximize conversions.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory representation, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless shipping/returns processes.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the e-commerce budget, forecast sales, analyze profitability, and report on key e-commerce metrics (KPIs) weekly and monthly.
Digital Marketing (approx. 50%)
• Omnichannel Strategy: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing) to drive traffic and sales.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC): Manage and excel paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, specifically including:
o Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Display, and Retargeting to maximize ROI and maintain effective ad copy/landing pages.
o Amazon Advertising: Utilize sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads to drive sales and enhance product visibility on the Amazon marketplace.
o Social Ads: Manage campaigns on platforms like [Facebook, Instagram, TikTok]
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead technical SEO audits, content strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimization efforts to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Email Marketing & CRM: Develop and manage the email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase), and promotional campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
• Content & Social Media: Oversee the digital content calendar and strategy, ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for digital channels. Manage social media advertising and community engagement efforts.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, search console, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
