Responsibilities:
1. Advertising strategy planning (focused on Meta and YouTube)
Develop advertising assets, TA segmentation, and promo timelines according to the monthly product theme and strategy, collaborating closely with the agency to meet monthly goals for website traffic, revenue, and new members.
2. Creative ideation for content production
Plan video and static assets based on campaign priorities, coordinate content production with internal teams and external vendors, and effectively manage and control the budget.
3. Initiate word of mouth issue management
Word of mouth content management: Follow the market trend to deliver appropriate word of mouth content to support the brand maintain high discussion and buzz
Skills Required:
Necessary: Experience in ad operations, content production (video and static), and word-of-mouth in the beauty industry.
Secondary: Experience with KOL/KOC initiatives in the beauty industry.
