Job Purpose
Lead the development and execution of global HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring cultural alignment, compliance, and workforce optimization across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Design and implement global HR policies (e.g., DEI, talent management, compensation frameworks) tailored to regional legal/cultural nuances.
- Partner with C-suite to align HR initiatives with business growth (M&A, expansion, restructuring).
2. Talent & Performance Management
- Oversee global recruitment, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management systems to foster high-performance cultures.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Standardize global pay structures while accommodating local market practices.
- Manage expatriate assignments, tax equity, and benefits harmonization.
4. Compliance & Employee Relations
-Ensure adherence to labor laws (e.g., GDPR, US FLSA, EU Works Councils) in all operating countries.
-Resolve cross-border employee disputes and union negotiations (if applicable).
5. HR Technology & Analytics
- Optimize HRIS platforms for global scalability.
- Leverage data analytics to track KPIs (e.g., turnover, engagement, ROI on L&D).
6. Culture & Engagement
- Champion employer branding and EVP (Employee Value Proposition) globally.
- Address cultural friction in multinational teams through training (e.g., unconscious bias).
Qualifications & Skills
1. Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (SPHR, GPHR certifications preferred).
2. Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership, including 5+ years in multinational environment.
3. Competencies:
- Expertise in global labor laws and compliance.
- Strong negotiation/influence skills for stakeholder management (boards, local HR teams).
- Fluency in HR analytics tools and change management methodologies.
4. Languages: Fluent English communication skills, excellent negotiation techniques, and strong cooperation and coordination abilities.
